TXM Technology Group's story so far...
From 2013 when the business was initially formed as a division of TXM Recruit, the business has grown rapidly over the last four years into an award winning and successful core IT, digital, information and cyber security service and resource provider.
2018 and goals for 2019
2018 was a great year for the business. We want to thank all our candidates and clients that partnered with us through the year.
We placed 250 brilliant technologists in both permanent and contract positions into some of the UK’s leading technology-focused clients and industries. We also had great success in placing people across Europe and into the Asia Pacific regions.
We landed a global supply agreement to support one of the world’s leading open source DB companies which saw us place several senior open source DB experts into the US market.
Over the year we supported over 60 clients and signed three exclusive global supply agreements with exciting and dynamic companies for both perm and contract staff placing technologist across the globe.
We added over a million pounds in sales in 2018 which was a result of the TXM Technology team supporting each other brilliantly, even welcoming new team members to make us even stronger and better at what we do.
Our brand promise – 2019 and beyond
In January 2018 we decided to have a look at the who, why, what and how we did things. We wanted to further develop on what was achieved the previous year, crystallising the most of challenging questions for any business; what is our culture, what do we stand for and why?
We started from scratch in 2018. We binned all KPI’s. We didn’t accept that there was a standard recruitment formula. We decided to concentrate only on what was important to us as a team. We disregarded targets, KPI’s, margin, sales and cold calls and only concentrated on one thing:
TXM TECHNOLOGY would only ever work toward “POSITIVE OUTCOMES”.
If it didn't mean a positive outcome for all involved, we wouldn't proceed.
No KPI’s, except one that is the most important of all and drives us to the heart of everything we do - ENGAGEMENT.
You can’t get more positive than that. We sell and are good at it, but we sell the right roles to the correct candidates. We understand what the clients need and what will support the candidates to a positive conclusion. We aren’t a “closing” business. We simply work with everyone in a transparent way and with a clear road map.
We maintain clients and quality. We aren’t interested in PSL’s for the sake of them. We insist on adding value and building relationships equally. The majority of the candidates we place are passive and known to us from our excellent referral scheme and reputation.
